How long is the play?
The play is still being made at the moment, so we don’t have an exact running time. But it will be approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Who is the play for?
Everyone! Families and audiences of all ages are welcome. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

We are working hard to make the show open to all. The show is very visual, so whether you are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing, have English as your second language, or have processing difficulties, you can relax and enjoy the show without relying on spoken words.
How much does it cost?
Tickets are Pay What You Choose;
£4, £8, £12, £15, £20.

Essential companions/carers go free of charge.

As we already offer a range of prices to suit different pockets, we don’t offer further concessions or discounts.
Why are there different prices?
We are keenly aware that, for many people, theatre tickets can be prohibitively expensive. We don't want anyone to miss out on the show just because they can't afford it. Thanks to our funders, we are able to offer a range of prices to suit different budgets.

Tickets are priced on a "Pay What You Choose" basis. This means that you simply pay whichever price you can afford. There’s no difference in the seats or the experience that you will have.
Where will we sit?
Seating will be a mixture of floor seating and fold-out seats. There will be spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats on the level area which runs around the perimeter of Marine Cove to enable step-free access.

Floor seating: This will be great for families and for those who find sitting still for long periods of time difficult. You are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and cushions to make yourself comfortable.

Fold-out seats: These are free-standing seats which have backs to them.
Will there be a toilet?
Yes, we will have an accessible temporary toilet set up on the site itself. Front of House Stewards will be able to direct you to the toilet.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Yes! You can certainly bring your own food and drink. It's set to be pretty warm, so be sure to bring plenty of water.
Please keep in mind that this is a live performance and that this is a family show. We ask that you avoid overly noisy items such as crisp packets and glass. We encourage you to "leave no trace". That means using reusable tubs etc where you can and taking your belongings and any rubbish home with you at the end of your visit.
Will there be any activities?
Yes! Don't worry, we won't be asking you to get up on the stage. But the fabulous RNLI will be running some family-friendly water safety games at 4pm Friday to Sunday. These activities are free of charge and will be a great way to learn how to keep yourself safe on the water, as well as a chance to meet some of the brilliant real-life heroes that we celebrate in the show.
What if it rains?
Ah the wonderfully unpredictable nature of British weather! We very much hope for fair weather but, come rain or shine, the play will go ahead, so please dress accordingly. We will only halt the play if there is extreme weather which poses a significant risk to health.
